ISTANBUL FINANCIAL CENTER / DISTRICT 4

District 4 is the supportive development for the Istanbul International Finance Center and located on the northeast of this huge complex. The achivement was to use traditional language of Ottoman and Selcuqi architectural features. The project will be home for a small amount of commercial, police station, fire department and some other social functions.

With its’ human scale built form and courtyard, the project will be a alternative visiting spot for IFC. With traditional architectural language site will be an attraction point.

Human scale courtyard design makes the project unique. The features on the built form will make the visitors relaxed and give them a taste of community living of past.
