TASHKENT / MIRABAD DISTRICT MASTER PLAN

‘Mirabad District Master Plan’ is a new community development with mostly residential and reinforced with retail along main streets, amenities and pocket parks.

Mirabad District Master Plan is the part of Fergona Road Re-development vision and is mainly targeting to increase Tashkent’s social housing stock. The plan aims to provide 2.000 residential units with the ‘community’ approach. The blocks are medium density ranging between 3 to 9 stories. The plan chooses to create semi-private courtyards between blocks among parks and amenities such as school, kindergarden and social center to provide ultimate neighbourdood eco-system.
