‘Park Cevizli’ is a high density mixed use project located in a neeighbourhood starting to transform from light industry to commercial and residential use. The plan offers a mixture of small and medium size residential units facing towards Marmara Sea and Prince Islands with a priceless vista, and also variable sizes of offices within a 30 storey office tower. The triplet towers have a public plaza defined with the podium retail and private courtyard used by residents.

The public plaza will be a destination for many living in the hood as well as the ones works and lives in the project. The podium ground level has the retail and lobbies of the towers.
