‘Avrasya Konutları’ is a transit oriented development where its’ location is at the critical crossroads of western İstanbul. It is neighbouring to the Europes’ biggest hospital and on the way to IGA (İstanbul Grand Airpot). Plan offers mix-density and a central courtyard along with retail podium at the edge of the main avenue at the westerly side.

The project offers mixed density ranging from 5 to 16 stories mainly residential where the ground level at the east edge is defined by the retail activity.
