TASHKENT / DREAMCITY / GARDENS RESIDENCE

As part of the ‘Taskent City’ master plan, residential district at the northerly side of the plan aims to come-up with a new community with sustainable design principles. The area will be new home for 1.200 residents neighbouring to a central park. The site will also offer 53 retail facing the main vehicle artery.

The proposal aims for Zero Carbon Community which will have benefits in significant growth in local jobs and investment, slashed electricity and gas bills for households, businesses and industry and a cleaner, healthier environment for local residents, sustainable buildings and futures.
