UŞAK CITY CENTER

Uşak City Center is a retail oriented shopping complex where all units have access to courtyards, plazas and urban balconies. The project will re-define the Uşak’s old city center and will be catalyst for regeneration of the neighbourhood. It is designed to be easily accessible by various modes of transportation, such as walking, cycling, public transit, and driving and has adequate parking provided to accommodate the needs of visitors. This parking will also serve as a weekly market place for the neighbourhood.

The goal of the design is to create a vibrant and welcoming space that meets the needs of the community and enhances the surrounding neighborhood. The mix of tenants within the complex is designed carefully considered to ensure that there is a balance of retail, dining, and entertainment options catered with strong public realm.
