TASHKENT CITY FINANCE DISTRICT

As part of the ‘Taskent City’ master plan, Finance district will be the catalyst for Taskent’s future development and proposes World Class built environment and hosts national and international banking and finance services.

The finance district offers unmatched public open spaces defined by high density towers and podiums. 2 main pedestrian axis divides the campus into 4 quarters and connects main street to central park.

Tashkent City comprehensive master plan is located at the heart of the city and covers 850.000 m2 area. It is consist of residential, commercial, mixeduse, office, retail, hotel and central park uses. The finance district is a part of the vision located at the southerly part of the area and will be one of the anchor project for the master plan
