ÖZGÜVEN INC. HQ is designed for 50 personnel and for multi-dicipline studios, including, planning and architecture, construction and finance. Every dicipline has its own floor area and open studio, besides Principal’s flat. The roof level is entirely reserved for sociliazing area for ÖZGÜVENIST’s to enjoy and gather. Office building will have LEED SILVER certificate when construction is over on 2018 summer.
Özgüven INC. HQ facade is designed with living materials such as Corten that will oxides within time and change color and texture over the years.
