EGE YAPI / ESENYURT

The project aim to create a balance between high-density and low-density housing including mix-range of unit options. Key goal is to create sense of community, with shared amenities such as parks, playgrounds, and community centers and high quality open spaces and courtyards. The proposal is consist of 2.020 residential units and 200 retail stores along with central social facility of 1.000 m2.

Ege Yapı ESENYURT, proposes and promotes vibrant and walkable community that caters social interaction and a sense of belonging.
