EKGYO Zekeriyaköy is a low density residential project also providing retail and amenities within the same site. The central courtyard helps to break up the mass of a the blocks and create a more human-scale feel for the residents. Courtyards provide a central gathering place for neighbors to socialize and designed with landscaping, seating areas, and recreational facilities such as playgrounds, social facility and mini gardens.
