Temaşehir will be the lead for new residential projects in Konya and rise the bar where amenities, plazas, private courtyards and retail are well integrated into the neighbourhood type of living.

Temaşehir site plan is organized around private courtyards which surrounded with multi type and height residential blocks where private open space use takes place inwards and public use organized along street walls defined by retail at the ground. Public plaza and amenities carefully crafted along 2 main axis of the project. The overall architectural language has notes from Selcuqian style influences. Project offers 750 residential units and 100 stores supported by a mosque, 30.000 m2 public plaza and a youth center.
