TASHKENT CITY / THE CITY PARK

The City Park is one of akind urban open space within Tashkent City redevelopment project. It is over 180.000 m2 with social, cultural and recreative spaces reinforced with pastoral landscapes, public squares, biological pond and festival areas. The project is going to put the citys’ name on the map and will be a destination for locals and visitors. All edges of the park is surrounded with different landuse and will be a backyard for 12.000 people living in the master plan area.

The park will be a home for Tashkent Planetarium that is over 2.000 m2. It will be the first in Uzbekistan and visitors will have 4D cinema, fly theather and observation activities available within the building.

There are several open lawn areas which will be used for festivals, special events for big crowds and during national days. Besides zoning within the park has different categories and they are for kids, families and youth to get in motion and also for elderly people and handicaps.

The visitors will have chance to socialize around the pond with different gastronomic types and world kitchens.
