ALBATROS WATERFRONT PLAN
‘Albatros Plan’ is a study for mixeduse waterfront development and seaside open space plan for 1.500.000 m2 site at Büyükçekmece Bay - İstanbul.
The proposed plan offers residential, hotel and retail use right at the heart of Büyükçekmece Bay and aims to revitalization of the Albatros district. ‘Albatros Sahil’ will be the catalyst and will trigger the transformation of the district.
The development is consist of 4 medium density block which 3 of them are residential with multi-stoey retail base and apart hotel.
‘Albatros Open Space Plan’ is covering 1.500.000 m2 area and proposed an unprecedented experience for residents and visitors.
