CUMHURİYET STREET 2025 PLAN

Office tower and govermental buildings will be the anchor at the end of the commercial corridor and next to existing 10.000m2 park which will be rehabilitated. It is also a gate at the end of pedestrian collector axis.

The proposed Public Space will cover over 20.000m2 and will be the destination spot for residents with year long entertainment, festivals and public gatherings.

The proposed campus will be the new home for Beylikdüzü Municipality. The project will also have a city scale plaza, 5000 seats theatre, hotel, office and retail. With its’ architectural features the main buildings will also be unprecedented for İstanbul.
