‘VALLEY OF LIFE’ PLAN

The proposal is focusing on the central part of Valley that is consist of residential, educational, recreational and health facility uses. The redevelopment of the site will be the catalyst for the county to transform around the valley and grow with new urbanism principles.

The plan proposes mixed use development adjacent to east wing of the valley with a linear recreational area connects to the county’s center and creates an active brige for pedestrians. The west wing of the plan is dominantly designed as a public open space and educational campus.
