The earthquake that struck Turkey in February 2023 has prompted the Turkish government to focus on low-density development in the reconstruction effort. Low-density development means building homes and businesses with more space between them, which can help to reduce the impact of earthquakes and improve the health and well-being of residents. Arsuz Sector 7 Master Plan is part of this vision.
The Master Plan offers, 4.395 residential units and amenities that will support the new community including schools, cultural and social centers, sports complexes and health clinics.
